Swine flu has burst onto the world stage, and is threatening to become a pandemic. Where did this virus come from? Swine flu is a virus that spreads from pigs to humans and thence becomes transmissible human-to-human. For a flu to be called swine flu, there must be sick pigs, and none have been found. Another oddity is that this particular virus is a combination of avian flu virus, human flu virus, and swine flu virus from three different pig types - European, Asian, and N American pigs. Have we located a flock of sick birds with the avian flu virus version involved? No. And do we have European and Asian pigs on pig farms near Mexico City? No.

A unique strain of swine flu is the suspected killer of dozens of people in Mexico. The worrisome new virus - which combines genetic material from pigs, birds and humans in a way researchers have not seen before. CDC officials described the virus as having a unique combination of gene segments not seen before in people or pigs. The virus spreading around the world should not be called "swine flu" as it contains avian and human components and no pig has so far been found ill with the disease.

Where the virus is described as "never before seen" the authorities are stopping short of saying it has been genetically engineered. Who would do such a thing? Follow the money, say the Zetas, to see who is profiting. Donald Rumsfeld, for one, as he is a major shareholder in Tamiflu.

Switzerland's Roche Holding AG (ROG.VX) and Britain's GlaxoSmithKline Plc (GSK.L) are the two big pharmaceutical groups set to benefit most as governments and corporations step up orders for their drugs Tamiflu and Relenza. Shares in the two companies rose 4 and 3 percent respectively in early trade on Monday, while stock in Australia's Biota Holdings Ltd (BTA.AX), which licensed Relenza to Glaxo, soared 82 percent.

Per the Zetas, this is obviously a genetically engineered flu outbreak, and is being assisted in its spread too.

ZetaTalk Comment 4/25/2009: From the start of this outbreak it was clear that this was not a natural emergence of a virus. Pig virus from three different continents, an avian virus, and human virus. How does one catch a swine flu from a pig that has traveled to three different continents? Swine flu normally travels from a pig to a human and there stops, but this strain was to ensure human to human transmission by including human flu virus. The list of anomalies in this incidence is long, and has eyebrows raised all around the world. Yet another suspicion is the means by which citizens, primarily children, were infected in the US when they have not traveled or had exposure to pigs. Outbreaks normally have a trail that can be followed, this one infects that one who travels and infects yet another. But here there are great leaps. It frankly looks planted, and it is.

Who benefits from this engineered outbreak, which will not become a pandemic despite the hype. Note that where vacines are not available, two flu drugs - Tamiflu and Relenza, are reportedly effective. One must take these drugs early in the course of the disease, almost before being diagnosed, to be effective. During other panics, these drugs sold out. In that there have been other attempts to start a pandemic with the H5N1 or the1957 bird flu viruse, this case will be investigated aggressively. Unfortunately, the criminals who planted the virus where those who fell ill would encounter it are long gone. Who can remember a suspicious stranger when the virus could be spread by passing a table where teenagers were gathering, or a familiar face in a school room cafeteria serving line, or an odd smell lingering in a public restroom. Nevertheless, we predict the criminals will be identified and if not brought to justice via the normal route will receive justice at the hands of those enraged that this ploy was visited on their country. Here we are not talking about the US system of justice, but the Mexican system of justice.

There is also something odd about death from this flu outbreak, which seems to be almost exclusively restricted to Mexico. Even the single US death attributed to this outbreak so far is related to Mexico, as the 22 month old baby was brought to the US already ill. Elsewhere, the flu has been considered mild. If the virus was genetically engineered, and the spread is being assisted, then could the deaths in Mexico also have be assisted?

The swine flu outbreak remains mild. In a normal flu seasons almost half a million people worldwide die, some 36,000 within the US alone. Yet we are in a panic at this point, raising the pandemic alert level to a level 5, one step below an announced pandemic level. All this seems to be based on the history in Mexico, as the rest of the world is not experiencing anything but a mild flu.

The World Health Organization has raised its pandemic swine flu alert level to phase 5 -- its second-highest level. The move by the agency, which is the public health arm of the United Nations, is "a strong signal that a pandemic is imminent," according to published guidelines. It also places the world a single step away from an official global pandemic. In the United States, the swine flu virus has spread to 11 states and infected 94 people, according to the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Meanwhile, Mexico's Health Minister Jose Angel Cordova said on Tuesday night that more than 1,300 people were in hospitals, some of them "seriously" ill, out of a total of around 2,500 suspected cases of the virus. "In the last few days there has been a decline (in cases)," Cordova told a news conference. "The death figures have remained more or less stable." Around the world, New Zealand confirmed 11 cases, and Israel confirmed one. South Korea, Australia and the Czech Republic announced several suspected cases. Spain had one previously confirmed case, the United Kingdom, two and Canada, six. Most of the individuals involved had recently returned from Mexico.

Per the Zetas, the reason Mexico has more deaths, threatening to have the death rate of other flu pandemics, i.e. 5% of those afflicted, was due to flaws in the bio-engineering of the swine flu epidemic.

ZetaTalk Explanation 5/2/2009: It is very obvious that outside of Mexico, this flu outbreak is not fatal. In fact, it is described as being a very mild flu. Even the toddler who died within the US was Mexican, came from Mexico City on a visit, and has been described as being in poor health even before the infection. Why the difference between infections in Mexico and elsewhere? Cloning activities do not always succeed, due to man's clumsy steps and lack of knowledge. This bio-engineered virus was sliced and slammed together. Flu virus is notorious for mutating, and this one has, in a reverse direction, becoming less lethal as it passed from one to another. All deaths in Mexico has been as a result of being infected directly by the virus from a test tube, including the Mexican toddler who died in Texas. Those who were directly exposed but did not die passed the virus on, but in a modified state. Second hand infections were the passing of modified virus which survived the immune systems of these individuals, and this virus was only one of many in the original mix. What we are telling you is that the strong virus, the one capable of killing people, inciting a 1918 type of response, did not survive in the human body, and thus was not passed. What passed was a second cousin in the mix, which was mild.

The virus has indeed fizzled out, and been relegated to just another type A flu.

Field investigators at the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention said it appears the new H1N1 virus outbreak may be more widespread and milder in Mexico than it first appeared. So far the swine flu virus has behaved like seasonal flu as it has spread to 14 countries, carried mostly by travelers from Mexico. The World Health Organization says it cannot be stopped, but has no immediate plans to declare a pandemic - a global outbreak of a new and serious disease.

Quake Ramifications

Mexico was hit by a 6.0 magnitude earthquake, the U.S. Geological Survey said, but there were no immediate reports of deaths or damage in the capital, Mexico City. The USGS said the quake hit 19 miles (30 km) south-southeast of Tixtla, Guerrero, about 150 miles (240 km) from the capital, Mexico City. Its epicenter was 25.6 miles (40 km) deep.

Baltimore Water Main Breaks, Floods Downtown

A massive water main break shut down the heart of downtown Baltimore, sending thousands of workers home or to other offices and at one point flooding the city with two feet of water. Officials closed eight city office buildings, including City Hall, as well as the fire and police department headquarters. Many roads downtown were closed, snarling traffic during the morning rush hour. Crews have been planning repairs to two large water mains in the area, but the break occurred before those repairs could start. The break at Lombard and Gay streets was reported to public works officials shortly before 6:30 a.m.

What do these three points have in common? They are all indicative of the diagonal stretch the N American continent is current suffering. The Yucatan quake occurred right on the N American plate boundary, the Black Hills are the end of the St Lawrence Seaway stretch, and Maryland is in the stretch zone where land is being pulled apart.

What does the timing of these disasters have in common? They are clustered around the time when the surface magnet along the Atlantic Rift is facing the Sun and the approaching Planet X. Quakes are listed in UTC time, universal time at Greenwich. The Yucatan quake occurred at 16:47 UTC, close to five hours past the Face point for the Atlantic Rift. The Baltimore, Maryland water main break was at 6:30 EDT, which is 11:30 UTC, just shy of the Face point. Tugging on the Atlantic Rift is a factor in the stress being placed on the N American continent.

ZetaTalk Prediction 2/10/2006: We have discussed what we call the stretch zone, where a land mass is pulled apart so that the rock flakes pull across each other, silently, creating sinkholes and rifts and manifesting as broken gas and water mains and derailing trains. When Planet X arrived in the inner solar system in 2003 and began seriously tugging at the highly magnetized Atlantic Rift, it accentuated this stretch on either side of the Atlantic. The stress on the N American plate will resolve by ripping. Ripping the St. Lawrence Seaway open. A widening Seaway also does not affect just those land masses bordering the Seaway, as buckling occurs inland and afar. What does man assume caused the Black Hills to be so rumpled, with the appearance of a recent bucking and heaving? This is the center of a land plate! The tearing of the Seaway does not end at Duluth, MN, it travels underground to S Dakota!

Self Sustaining Homestead

Just as Michelle Obama's victory garden on the White House lawn has implications beyond simply eating fresh food, the current push toward "green" homes has implications beyond simply saving energy. The Washington Post recently carried an article about green homes, but woven into the fabric of the discussion was self-sufficiency - hydroponics and fish ponds, windmills and solar panels.

What will the energy-efficient house of the future look like? It could have gardens on its walls or a pond stocked with fish for dinner. It might mimic a tree, turning sunlight into energy and carbon dioxide into oxygen. Or perhaps it will be more like a lizard, changing its color to suit the weather and healing itself when it gets damaged. Those are just a handful of the possibilities that emerged from an exercise in futurism. The Wall Street Journal asked four architects to design an energy-efficient, environmentally sustainable house without regard to cost, technology, aesthetics or the way we are used to living.

Full disclosure about the pending passage of Planet X is not deemed possible, due to the fear that the public will panic. But encouraging the public to become more self sufficient is safe. Thus victory gardens for fresh food are encouraging suburban households to dig up their yards and plant vegies. Thus green homes should have fish ponds and hydroponic vegetable gardens as well as have a self sufficient electrical source able to function off the grid.

ZetaTalk Advice 4/15/1999: The populace is being manipulated in many ways to become more self reliant. The faster they move in that direction, the more honest the government will be with them. Those of good heart in the government cannot tell the populace the bad news, as the arguments about what to do with panic are too shrill. But if the populace is preparing, if they are gardening and are prepared to take the bad news, those in the government who want to warn people will bravely step forth and begin to give it give these warnings to the populace. There are those in the government that agonize over the games that are being played, who cannot sleep at night and find it hard to live with themselves. But unless the populace is prepared to help itself, unless an alternative to panic exists, the games will go on. The basis for a lack of panic is the sense that there is an alternative, that the populace is preparing to be self sufficient.

There will be no security blanket that the populace can rely upon, so self reliance must be the rule. The panic that will settle into governments as the time approaches, when each individual will be dealing with their own personal panic and anxieties, is completely unpredictable. It may run in all manner of directions. The movies that have been put out of late, where asteroids are falling and a calm prevails, and the government is like a rock of logic and quietly empties towns or flies people up to blow up asteroids, is so far from the truth as to be ludicrous. You will have your military running down the halls and bumping into each other; leaving their posts, turning guns on themselves and others. It is totally unpredictable. What will a frightened animal do when cornered? Well, your entire government and bureaucracies will turn into that in the last few months. So the populace should not look to them, but rather look to themselves.
