Africa drops, in accordance with the ZetaTalk 7 of 10 predictions, and undersea Internet cables anchored at a Kenya port and in the Red Sea have torn because of this. The Kenya tear occurred in step with the Red Sea tear, but a second Kenya tear also occurred 11 days earlier. Rather than point to plate movement, the establishment preferred to claim a bizarre coincidence of several ship anchors catching and tearing the cables. Or perhaps it was sabotage, as those East African countries have so many enemies, you know. Anything but the truth.

A ship dropped anchor off Mombasa, Kenya, and cut the Internet to six African countries earlier this week. In the meantime, the Internet in Kenya, Tanzania, Burundi, Rwanda, Ethiopia, and Juba, the capital of South Sudan, is functioning at a reduced speed. The Indian Ocean East Africa Marine Systems (TEAMS) cable, which connects East Africa to the United Arab Emirates, was severed when a ship dropped anchor in a restricted area - restricted because of the presence of the sea cabling.

The cables operated by TEAMS, a company partly owned by the Kenyan government, were cut near the Kenyan port of Mombasa by a ship's anchor. Eleven days earlier, another ship dragging its anchor cut the cables of EASSY, a consortium of telecommunications companies. EASSY suffered a cut on 17 February in the Red Sea.

Underwater data cables linking East Africa to the Middle East and Europe have been severed, bringing transfer rates to their knees in nine countries. In a bizarre coincidence, a ship allegedly dropped anchor off the coast of Kenya in a restricted area, cutting The East African Marine Systems (TEAMS) cable - shortly after three other cables were chopped in the Red Sea between Djibouti and the Middle East. Naturally, the number of cables ruined in a short timeframe has sparked suspicions of sabotage. The cables in the Red Sea had all been severed at the same time, around 650 feet below the Red Sea, but he said that a passing ship could have done the damage because the sea is so shallow.

ZetaTalk Comment 3/10/2012: Ships anchors have been blamed for torn submerged cables for the past several years, even when it is clear that the breaks occur in multiple places, simultaneously, and the cables are crossing plate borders. In both January and December of 2008 tears occurred, simultaneously, at Alexandria, Dubai, and in Asia. All this was due to the rolling of the Arabian Plate, but ships anchors were blamed. During the 2012 tear, the dropping of the African Plate is clearly the cause, putting tension on the cable. The cables attach to the Arabian Plate, thus the dropping African Plate has stretched them. Is this a coincidence?

Indeed, in 2008 a similar situation emerged, as outlined in Issue 112 of this newsletter, where cables were cut in multiple places and across several plate borders. From Alexandria at Egypt to Dubai, cable tears occurred almost simultaneously in January/February 2008 and again in December of 2008.

The first incident caused damage involving up to five high-speed Internet submarine communications cables in the Mediterranean Sea and Middle East from 23 January to 4 February 2008, causing Internet disruptions and slowdowns for users in the Middle East and India. On 19 December, FLAG FEA, GO-1, SEA-ME-WE 3, and SEA-ME-WE 4 were all cut.

At that time, the Zetas predicted more such taut and snapping cables would occur in the future. And they have!

ZetaTalk Prediction 12/20/2008: As with the dramatic breaks in January-February of 2008 in Alexandria and Dubai, this is a result of the rolling of the Arabian Plate. As the African Plate rolls its top eastward it pushes against the top of the Arabian Plate, rolling it likewise. Cables are not simply laid into the mud. They are anchored at points so that the cables can be located when it is time for maintenance. Thus anchored, the cables are stretched and snap. More of this to come.

Wyoming vs Kyrgyzstan

What would Wyoming need with an aircraft carrier? Wyoming is land locked, and currently hundreds of miles from any possible coastline. But after the Pole Shift, with the Mississippi Valley flooded due to the lost of 675 feet in elevation worldwide, a power mad Dick Cheney in Wyoming might envision his new military including a takeover of the Mississippi Valley - with an aircraft carrier and fighter jets. The flooded Mississippi Valley would be just down the Platte and Missouri rivers. Is this not proof that these people in Wyoming, where Dick Cheney has retired, are aware of the ZetaTalk predictions and the coming Pole Shift?

State representatives advanced legislation to launch a study into what Wyoming should do in the event of a complete economic or political collapse in the United States. House Bill 85 passed on first reading by a voice vote. It would create a state-run government continuity task force, which would study and prepare Wyoming for potential catastrophes, from disruptions in food and energy supplies to a complete meltdown of the federal government. The task force would look at the feasibility of Wyoming issuing its own alternative currency, if needed. And House members approved an amendment Friday by state Rep. Kermit Brown, R-Laramie, to have the task force also examine conditions under which Wyoming would need to implement its own military draft, raise a standing army, and acquire strike aircraft and an aircraft carrier.

Republicans control both houses of the state Legislature. The bill would have funded contingency planning to guide Wyoming through "a situation in which the federal government has no effective power or authority over the people of the United States," as well as disruptions in food and energy supplies.

In contrast to the Dick Cheney model in Wyoming, Russia is warning their people that the Arctic sea could come into Siberia! Indeed during the rise in sea level that accompanies Pole Shifts, the sea has and will rush across the Siberian low lands, as the Zetas have long explained. Note the emphasis in the Russian article on sea water vs fresh water, pointing to inland regions where evidence of sea water incursion occurred, the emphasis on it being a temporary situation (a surge withdrawing later), and the data analysis of 6,700 year ago. They are being quite clear!

Russian scientists discovered that about 6500 years ago there was a catastrophic flood in Western Siberia and found information that would support a repeat of the scenario in the future. The study of bottom sediments of lakes Chany in Novosibirsk region, they found shells of one of the simplest types of marine organisms. These foraminifera, which are not able to live in fresh water, which quickly perish. The carbon-14 dating conducted at the University of Arizona, USA showed that the age of the deposits is 6400 to 6700 years. Currently, the nearest habitat of these microorganisms are the Aral and Caspian Seas. The researchers concluded that such a distance between the points of location of these beings is a result of floods in Western Siberia, during which a large mass of water moved from the Pamir Mountains along the Amu Darya River valley. This was not the only flood that occurred in these areas, and is likely to recur in the future.

Per the Zetas, the last Pole Shift was the time of the Jewish Exodus from Egypt, which was a quick jerking back and forth with slight crustal movement - moving Greenland away from being the N Pole. But the Pole Shift before that time, approximately 7,200 years ago, drown the Mammoths in Siberia as the turning crust forced the Arctic water over Siberia! In addition, the rising sea level from friction heated ocean bottoms takes some time to drop to previous sea levels, hundreds of years perhaps, and thus the difference between the 7,200 year ago date and the more recent 6,700 year ago date given in the article.

ZetaTalk Explanation 2/15/2002: As we have stated in ZetaTalk, the prior shift moved the North Pole from Greenland to its present location. Prior to that, it was over the East Siberian Sea, having pulled Siberia northward where the largest number of mammoth dieoff occurred.

And in nearby Kyrgyzstan just below Kazakhstan, the government is letting its public know that disasters are clearly on the increase. Note there is no mention of fighter jets and aircraft carriers. Kyrgyzstan is of a different mindset from Dick Cheney.

In Kyrgyzstan, activation of seismic, landslide, avalanching, mud flows and flood processes is expected in 2012. Kyrgyz Minister of Emergency Situations Kubatbek Boronov said on summarizing the results of the civil protection system performance. Last year they conducted 1,401 thousand examinations of dangerous natural processes. This is 19 percent more than in 2010.

Americas Buoys

Why would a buoy off the Washington coast and another off Colombia suddenly go on alert at the same time? On February 27, 2012 buoy 46419 showed a water depth drop and rise of over 60 meters - rising to 2,804 and then plunging to 2,744. That equates to 180 feet! The buoy is located along the Juan de Fuca Plate border, and the N America Plate, per the Zetas, is being pulled into a bow, the West Coast of the US the center of that bow.

As noted in this Pole Shift ning blog, this is not the only buoy that reacted to plate movement. Buoy 32411 just off the Colombia coastline and on the Cocos and Nazca plate borders also went on alert, simultaneously. As S America rolls its top to the west, rolling over the Cocos and Nazca plates and pushing the Caribbean Plate down, it pulls Mexico to the west, increasing the bowing pressure on the N American continent.



This is yet more proof of the 7 of 10 plate movements predicted by the Zetas. What else would cause these two buoys to go on alert at the same time!

Neanderthal Implications

Since man is presumed to have evolved from apes, why do some people have Rh negative antibodies, lacking the Rhesus factors common to all apes? Analysis of the DNA taken from Neanderthal bones found in caves in Europe show that the human blood factors A, B, and Rh positive are utterly lacking in the Neanderthal. Neanderthal man had blood group O, exclusively. The Basque people in Europe have the highest percentage of blood group O (55%), and the highest percentage of Rh negative blood (33%) in the world. They have Neanderthal blood!

This research included studies of DNA extracted from bones of Neanderthal remains. It was concluded that Neanderthals were probably a fully separate species from modern humans, not just a subspecies. Looking now at the evidence for the theory that the Basques are descended principally from Neanderthals. The Basques are well-known to have the highest percentage (around 33%) of Rhesus-negative blood of any human population, and so are regarded as the original source of this factor. Around 600,000 years ago, in southern Europe, a species of man separated off from the ancestral line, and we call this species Homo neanderthalensis, the 'N-people'. The blood of this species contained none of the factors A, B, or Rh. Much later, possibly around 200,000 years ago in Africa, the main human line had picked up the A, B, and Rh factors, and by then could be classed as Homo sapiens, the 'S-people'.

ZetaTalk Explanation 3/3/2012: The Basque people have a high percentage of Neanderthal genetics, and thus a higher than usual percentage of Rh negative blood. It has been identified in recent DNA analysis of Neanderthal bone marrow that Neanderthal had no blood components for A, B, or Rh, which came during later genetic engineering projects. Thus their high percentage of Rh negative blood reactions. We have mentioned that Neanderthal Man was stopped, his vas cut and replaced by another genetic engineering product, as he had problems digesting food native to the Earth. Recent analysis of Neanderthal caves has confirmed that he had a meat diet, almost exclusively, and the Basque people have a tendency to have many food allergies.

Per the Zetas, Neanderthal man, as with later versions of early man, was genetically engineered. He was the first product out the door, but had to be totally re-engineered into modern man due to digestive problems. Such a radical leap, from Neanderthal to Modern man, from one blood type with no relationship to Rhesus monkeys to another based on the Rhesus monkeys, certainly shows that genetic engineering was at play.

ZetaTalk Explanation 7/15/1995: Neanderthal Man had a digestive problem and had to be totally re-engineered, with his concurrence, into a later form of man. The reason there is a missing link is because these links are on the Moon, where the genetic engineers frequently resided. The start of genetic engineering goes back many multiples of the step back to Neanderthal Man.

It was not known until some years after the Zetas made this statement that the Neanderthal's diet could not tolerate anything but meat. Even today, the Basque people, who carry a large percentage of Neanderthal genetics, frequently have food allergies.

Modern humans arrived in Europe about 32,000 years ago, about 4,000 years before the Neanderthal disappeared. One big difference, though, was food choices. Rh negative blood, the red blood cells of which are without the Rh factor, developed only among the isolated communities of the French and Spanish Pyrenees and have the highest propensity for food allergies, necessitating a special diet. Rh negative blood reacted most severely with eggs, milk, cheese, nuts, beans and gluten. Rh negative blood types had the most severe response to peanuts, suggesting a propensity for peanut allergy. Rh factor negative is also hypersensitive to beans.
