I'm extremely curious as to the power glitch at the Super Bowl.  Just purely a fluke or was something else attempted? What officials in New Orleans are not telling the public is that the blackout that struck the Super Bowl should not have happened. An electromagnetic pulse, causing an electrical surge, causes an automatic shutdown on equipment. This is a protective maneuver, as either the surge or its opposite, a brownout or dip in the flow, can damage equipment.  Such pulses have occurred since Planet X arrived in the vicinity in 2003, notably the outage in New York City on August 14, 2003 and the power surge at the Sayano-Shushenskaya dam on August 17, 2009. They can also occur during a massive solar flare, but no such flare occurred during the Super Bowl, nor was an electromagnetic pulse from Planet X responsible as either source of such a pulse would cause widespread damage, not be focused inside a single building as the Super Bowl outage was.

Officials are at a loss for an explanation as it was not faulty wiring, not excessive use of electricity causing a brownout, not a faulty generator for auxiliary lights creating an overflow of electricity into the system, and not some force of nature such as a solar flare. The system was clearly supporting demand as the first half had passed without incident. Beyonce required auxiliary lights but her show had completed before the blackout. The blackout occurred as the second half was in process. A force of nature, such as a solar flare or pulse from Planet X, would have affected a broad area, but the blackout was caused by a focused surge within the Super Dome. The FBI has assured all that terrorism was not a factor. It was not a deliberate sabotage of any sort.

So what happened? We explained in March 3, 2012 that the Council of Worlds had engaged the cover-up in what we called a war, as to allow the Earth changes to proceed as nature intended while the common man was kept ignorant of the cause would interrupt the spiritual lessons the passage of Planet X, aka Nibiru, provides. Punch 1 occurred on March 12, 2012 when the Earth’s magnetosphere appeared to completely reverse, though this was only the view provided by NASA’s satellites and did not affect the Earth. By June 16, 2012 the Obama administration was formulating an announcement, but due to the efforts of those wanting the cover-up to continue and the pending re-election of Obama, these efforts were put aside until after the election.

Now the November 6, 2012 election is past. Potential blocks to the legitimacy of the Obama presidency, such as the Electoral College vote on December 17, 2012, are past, as is the acceptance of this vote by the House in early January. The swearing in ceremony on January 20, 2013 is past. And key positions within the administration, such as Secretary of State, Secretary of Defense, CIA and other less important cabinet appointments are essentially filled or guaranteed to be filled by Obama’s nominees. The fiscal cliff is resolved in Obama’s favor, with the Bush tax breaks to the rich ended. The debt ceiling has also been resolved, the House allowing Obama to raise the ceiling, at least temporarily. The announcement team is ready, yet Obama is not proceeding, lingering for yet another day or week, as he fears the reaction will be devastating and exhausting.

The Council of Worlds has lost patience. The deliberate blackout during the Super Bowl was just a gentle nudge. Punch 2 has been delayed because the Obama administration was dead serious about announcing the presence of Planet X, having NASA explain what they have withheld from the public, having NOAA and the USGS explain how the near presence of Planet X has affected the globe. It is time for the little guy, the common man, to have the same access to information that the elite enjoy. Rather than punish the common man by releasing the full force of the 7 of 10 plate movements, the Council will be punishing those involved in continuing the cover-up, whether friend or foe.

The condition that an operational  leader present an ‘imminent’ threat of violent attack against the United States does not require the United States to have clear evidence that a specific attack on US persons and interests will take place in the immediate future. US officials could determine that the capture operation of the targeted American would not be feasible, making it lawful for the U.S. government to order a killing instead. The white paper was represented by administration  officials as a policy document that closely mirrors the arguments of classified memos on targeted killings. The administration has refused to turn over to Congress or release those memos publicly -- or even publicly confirm their existence. Scaling back the use of drones also would hamper war plans in Afghanistan after combat troops are scheduled to withdraw in 2014. Drones represent a major thrust of the post-troops campaign to help the limited number of special forces units that remain there keep the Taliban from regrouping.

What was revealed in this unclassified memo on the use of drones by the US government is not new. It is the fact that it became unclassified that is new. Drone use to kill American citizens abroad, suspected of assisting al-Qaida but without solid proof or prior indictments, had been in the news since September, 2011. The niggling fear in the US is the possibility of drones being used against citizens on US soil. We stated that the intractable computer virus affecting drones in October, 2011 was a warning to the US military and their friends among the elite not to plan to use drones in the Aftertime to oppresses and enslave survivors. Why are drones now back in the news?

Obama is preparing to announce the near presence of Planet X, aka Nibiru, and the US government as well as the governments in most other countries are bracing for the reaction. The news coverage of Holder’s unclassified memo was anticipated, and is a reminder to US citizens that rioting will not be tolerated. What has sparked outrage and a pending Congressional hearing is wording that does not exclude a use of drones on US soil and against US citizens. Where the implication is that enemies of the US are al-Qaida, and the prominent use of drones to date has been in Pakistan to fight the Taliban or in Yeman to fight al-Qaida, there is no prohibition for such use on US soil. This, and the fact that most internal memos on drone use are still classified, and will remain so even during Congressional hearings, is expected to make US citizens nervous during the coming revelations on the near presence of Planet X, aka Nibiru.

I have a question about this article on yahoo news about underwater waves. They don't explain anything about them but the picture is from Trinidad which is currently under geological strain. Is there more to this phenomena than just normal activity?  [and from another] Weird Underwater Waves Spotted from Space. These waves can travel long distances, but rarely does evidence of their existence surface — unless you're looking down from space, that is. January 18, 2013 http://earthobservatory.nasa.gov/IOTD/view.php?id=80337  All the internal waves are probably caused by the shelf break near Tobago (outside the image to top right). The shelf break is the step between shallow seas (around continents and islands) and the deep ocean. It is the line at which tides usually start to generate internal waves.

We have stated that when the 7 of 10 S American roll is complete, that Tobago will have sunk entirely except for its highest points, and that Trinidad will be torn apart, with the portion riding on the S American Plate above the waves, but the portion on the Caribbean Plate sharing Tobago’s fate. Prior to the plates doing any serious movement, they resist moving, clinging along their edges to the other, holding to the status quo. But the scripted drama reveals itself. The S American roll pushes the hump of the S American Plate over the Caribbean Plate, and in the process pushes the Caribbean Plate down.

This will tear Trinidad apart, but prior to this trauma, sinking will occur in those areas with a thin plate, deep under the sea. They will drop. The shelf drop just north of Trinidad was not as steep as the recent ISS photo shows. The shelf drop formerly occurred out well past Tobago. Both Trinidad and Tobago are on the continental shelf, but when the Caribbean Plate sinks this will change.  Tobago is destined to sink, but the crust is thick there, as is the crust under Trinidad. Thus the islands have not reported sinking as yet, and are still clinging to the status quo. But the undersea wave patterns show that a new shelf is developing, close to where the rip across Trinidad will occur.

I was wondering if the Zetas would be able to comment on all the recent earthquake activity in the Santa Cruz Islands region?  Since the 27th Jan the exact same location has been jolted with significant quakes daily, all shallow in depth, and has now accelerated to the point where very large quakes have occurred (with accompanying tsunami) and the area is shaking non stop with quakes occurring all throughout the day.  Although the compressing Pacific is surely to blame, this seems like a new pattern.

We mentioned that some parts of the globe, along some plate borders, would endure continuous movement during the 8 of 10. Of course this would invariably include the lifting edge of the Indo-Australian Plate, as this is the brake point. Pressure relieved there by the lift allows the Sunda Plate to sink, the South Pacific to compress, S America to roll, Africa to roll, and then translates to activity in the Northern Hemisphere allowing compression in the North Pacific which allows N America to shift, the North Atlantic to spread, and back again to the Indo-Australian Plate. This domino effect is occurring constantly, not just after the large quakes, though significant movement allows for a domino effect that is noticeable.

What goes on when a region is under continuous movement? Rock fingers break, allowing movement along the plate border, but then other rock fingers catch. The pressure to move again builds up almost immediately. As we mentioned some time ago, rock fingers along plate edges have smoothed, broken off, allowing more fluid motion. The 7 of 10 plate movements are a dance that encourages the pace and violence of plate movements to accelerate. A compressed Pacific is certainly encouraging a yaw in the Atlantic. Each plate movement tears off more rock fingers, along the entire plate edge, so that future plate movement is facilitated. Then the next plate shift is bigger, broader, and encourages a larger domino effect to follow.
