ZetaTalk Chat Q&A for November 29, 2014

Someone passed this video to me, and as usual I did some digging expecting to find that it was nothing to worry about, "move along folks, just typical war-games" but found that this is not the case.  Maybe just coincidentally I'll be doing an interview on an FM station based in northern Calif. just across the border from Oregon, so people within the listening audience may be affected by this. Seems the Navy did not publicize these plans in the local community, which they're supposed to do, so the cut-off date for public opinion has been extended for a month. What's most troubling is that the exercises are to take place in the forested areas surrounding Seattle (where the common citizen will likely flee to when it's time), 260 days a year, up to 16 hours a day, targeting 14 transmitting towers that will be emitting "electromagnetic radiation capable of melting human eye tissue, causing breast cancer, childhood leukemia and damage to human fetuses, let alone impacting wildlife in the area."  Furthermore, the Navy is stating they need to do this in the public lands controlled by the US Forest Service (here's a PDF of the letter and the map they're using to show where the exercises will be held), because the place they would normally do something like this is "too far south, and we need to conserve fossil fuels". I didn't even know what electromagnetic radiation is, until I looked it up on Wiki. And while I'm still trying to figure out what good would come out of US Navy "Growler" fighters attacking those 14+ towers, the subject got even more interesting when I dug further, into "Control of Electromagnetic Radiation" and came up with CONELRAD.  In any event, I sense that either a bad agenda is at work here, such that the people won't be able to 'head for the hills', as they would be in danger of having their eyes melted, or this might have something to do with the Emergency Alert Message service that went awry in the last such test. [and from another]  [and from another]  These protected national commons are also the areas in and near where the US Navy aims to conduct its Northwest Electromagnetic Radiation Warfare training program, wherein it will fly 36 of its EA-18G "Growler" supersonic jet warplanes down to 1,200 feet above the ground in some areas in order to conduct war games with 14 mobile towers. Enough electromagnetic radiation will be emitted so as to be capable of melting human eye tissue, and causing breast cancer, childhood leukemia and damage to human fetuses, let alone impacting wildlife in the area. According to the US Navy's Information Dominance Roadmap 2013-2028, the Navy states it "will require new capabilities to fully employ integrated information in warfare by expanding the use of advanced electronic warfare." According to the Navy's so-called environmental assessment, the purpose of these war games is to train to deny the enemy "all possible frequencies of electromagnetic radiation (i.e. electromagnetic energy) for use in such applications as communication systems, navigation systems and defense related systems and components." [and from another]  The World Health Organization has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic radiation as a possible group 2b carcinogen. This group contains possible carcinogens with weaker evidence, at the same level as coffee and automobile exhaust. For example, there have been a number of epidemiological studies of looking for a relationship between cell phone use and brain cancer development, which have been largely inconclusive, save to demonstrate that the effect, if it exists, cannot be a large one. [and from another]  CONELRAD (Control of Electromagnetic Radiation) was a method of emergency broadcasting to the public of the United States in the event of enemy attack during the Cold War. It was intended to allow continuous broadcast of civil defense information to the public using radio or TV stations, while rapidly switching the transmitter stations to make the broadcasts unsuitable for Soviet bombers that might attempt to home in on the signals. U.S. President Harry S. Truman established CONELRAD in 1951. After the development of intercontinental ballistic missiles reduced the likelihood of a bomber attack, CONELRAD was replaced by the Emergency Broadcast System on August 5, 1963, which was later replaced with the Emergency Alert System in 1997; all have been administered by the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). Unlike its successors, the EBS and EAS, CONELRAD was never intended to be used for severe weather warnings or local civil emergencies. [and from another]  Pacific Northwest EW Range. Why is the Navy insisting on conducting Electromagnetic Radiation Warfare in the Northwest US instead of their usual training ground established in Idaho, in desolate semi-desert areas? Towers attempting to broadcast using electromagnetic radiation are located by instruments, in any case, not by sight. Are foreign countries using this as a means of communication? Are terrorists expected to use this within the US to evade detection? At one time in its past, in 1963, electromagnetic radiation was in place in the US as a predecessor to the Emergency Broadcast System, the technology known and used by amateur radio enthusiasts. Does such knowledge, and such technology disappear from the landscape because 50 years has passed?

The US, as most large land mass countries, has diverse cultures with the potential of secession if the Earth changes dismantle the tentacles of government. Texas, in its attitudes, is at the brink. The Civil War, in the minds of many southerners, was never lost with the Confederate flag proudly flown. And Dick Cheney intends to be crowned king in Wyoming, eventually. Since plotting secession over the phone or via email or the Internet is risky, and even face-to-face meetings can be traced, the conspirators would look to a private channel. Short wave radio can be intercepted, but in that electromagnetic radiation communication seems antique and virtually unknown, it has been under consideration as an alternative.

Why would the Navy seek to use the Northwest forests for training? Such a network of towers has already been constructed in the heavily forested Northwest. The tall trees and relatively unpopulated parks were assumed to conceal this from the authorities. The choice of a training ground was made to send a message to such groups, that they are known, are being tracked, and their towers, designed to support secession from the federal government, will be destroyed as soon as they are erected. The Earth changes will re-arrange many countries, with secession on the lips of many. The US government is bracing for this.

It’s actions opposed to the announcement,  any comments please? [and from another] ABC, CBS and NBC decided against covering President Barack Obama’s speech on immigration live on Thursday, although the Spanish-language Univision network is delaying its telecast of the Latin Grammy Awards to show the address. The news networks CNN, Fox News Channel and MSNBC all planned to air Obama live. Obama is planning to speak at 8 p.m. EST to announce that he is ordering federal action on immigration, angering Republican leaders in Congress. The major broadcast networks generally carry presidential speeches on matters of national security and other important issues. But there can be a reluctance in executive suites if an anticipated address is seen as heavily political in nature. While the president is speaking, CBS will air “The Big Bang Theory,” television’s top-rated comedy. ABC will show an episode of “Grey’s Anatomy,” while NBC promises a sand-pile challenge on “The Biggest Loser” in that time slot. [and from another]  November, February, May and July are important months to gauge TV ratings. This helps set the price for commercials. Don’t know if this was a legitimate excuse or not to avoid airing Obama's speech. [and from another] [and from another] President Barack Obama’s impending unilateral order awarding legal status to millions of immigrants in the country illegally is not unprecedented. Two of the last three Republican presidents – Ronald Reagan and George H.W. Bush – did the same thing.

Did the refusal of some network TV stations to carry Obama’s immigration Executive Action announcement related to the current struggle to force the media to allow Obama’s announcement on the near presence of Nibiru? The stations that declined – ABC, NBC, and CBS – carried sitcoms rather than talking heads discussing the news. News stations – CNN, MSNBC, and Fox News – as well as PBS carried the announcement. Thus it would seem that the decision fell along programming lines, but one must look to history for comparisons.  If there were breaking news on another matter, for instance on the Ferguson Grand Jury decision, would the sitcoms been interrupted?

It has been a point of contention between the President and the House for years, thus was not a trivial event. In fact, many Republicans were shouting impeachment warnings on this same issue. The announcement directly affected 5 million people, in addition to employers throughout the US. It is clear this was a snub, designed to try to force Obama’s hand on the announcement issue. The message was that they too could put on the squeeze, could punish Obama. Do they think the Council of Worlds will relent? Such is the attitude of those in the Service-to-Self orientation, who are furious that their power over others might be reduced.

I'm curious about this.  Wayne Madsen has claimed in the past that Susan Rice, Samantha Power, and others in the Obama administration at Foggy Bottom are essentially owned by the Israelis.  A reader always have to weigh Madesen's opinions,  but over time it usually turns out he was right.  I am very surprised to see Hagel resigning. I always had a sense he was a very straight shooter. [and from another]  Hagel has had his own frustrations with the White House. In recent weeks, he sent a letter to National Security Adviser Susan Rice in which he said Obama needed to articulate a clearer view of the administration’s approach to dealing with Syrian President Bashar Assad. The letter is said to have angered White House officials. [and from another]  Obama nominated his former Senate colleague to be his next secretary of defense. The two share similar views and philosophies as the Obama administration attempts to define the role of the United States in the transition to a post-superpower world. This worldview is part hawk and part dove. It amounts, in part, to a challenge to the wars of President George W. Bush. It holds that the Afghanistan war has been mismanaged and the Iraq war unnecessary. [and from another]  Forty Senate Republicans made it clear that not only do they refuse to put their service to America ahead of their service to Israel, but also that they will not even put their service to America on a par with their service to Israel. To every American’s shame, the Republicans demonstrated for all the world to see that they are wholly owned subsidiaries of the Israel Lobby. (The Israel Lobby is not their only master. They are also owned by other powerful interest groups, such as Wall Street and the Military/Security Complex.)

As was generally recognized, Obama nominated Hagel for Secretary of Defense because they had like thinking about reduction of forces in the Middle East and Israeli attempts to use the US military for their own devices. In this regard, Obama’s expectations were met. In spite of being a Republican, Hagel’s nomination was a struggle as so many in the US Congress have been bought by the banking lobby, which is synonymous with the Israeli lobby. Hillary Clinton, for instance, is their shameless puppet. So forces in Iraq and Afghanistan were reduced and the wars there officially ended. Troop strength has been reduced in accordance with the sequester budget. The military has been cleaned up, as have resignations and terminations within the officer force.

What has changed? The focus has changed. The focus is no longer extracting the US from the role that the Bush administration forced on the tax payers – maintaining wars on false premises in the Middle East. The goals were securing black gold and protecting Israel during its continuous land grabs.  The excuses were seeking Bin Laden (when 911 was an inside job and Israel a partner in this) and removing weapons of mass destruction (a complete lie) in Iraq. Ending a war, once started, is not easy, but this has been accomplished by Obama and Hagel. A second focus, behind the scenes, was cleaning up the military. General Petraeus, General Allen, officers in charge of nuclear warheads – the potential for silent coups within the military were thus aborted.

What is the focus now? Though the announcement was blocked on October 20, this is still obviously going to happen in some manner. The increasing visibility of the Planet X complex, violence in the Earth wobble putting the Sun out of position and creating an increase in earthquakes and volcanic eruptions, and the erratic and unseasonable weather – all have the populace alarmed. The DOD will have a role not only in quelling riots and moving displaced citizens from disaster zones to safe locations, they will have a role in protecting US infrastructure, government installations, and key personnel. Demands by the elite on the military will be intense, and will be denied by Obama. These are political wars, not internal to the DOD, and one both Hagel and Obama agreed would be best fought by a different Secretary of Defense.

The evidence points to Officer Wilson being justified in shooting Michael Brown. Why is the rioting persisting? [and from another]  Wilson was aware that Brown was wanted for stealing cigars from a convenience store minutes earlier. Wilson, in his grand jury testimony, said Brown charged his police car. The first two shots were fired when the officer was still sitting in his vehicle, leaving blood inside the car as well as on Wilson's pants. "Mr. Brown's blood or DNA were found on the outside of the door," the prosecutor said. That appeared to support Wilson's statement that Brown tried to strip him of his weapon during the altercation. Brown was 6-foot-4 and 292 pounds, and Wilson said he feared for his safety — yet the cop himself is an inch taller and 210 pounds. Wilson testified that Brown punched him in the head after the door-slam, causing him to fear for his life. The teen took off after the first two shots but then stopped. "His right (hand) goes under his shirt in his waistband and he starts running at me," Wilson told the jurors.  In Wilson’s account, Brown keeps charging at him as he fired. Wilson told the panel that, with the charging Brown about eight to 10 feet away from him, he aimed a final shot at his head. He said one witness described the teen's movement as "a full charge" toward the officer, before the first shots were fired, while others said he raised his hands only briefly; and others admitted they didn't see the entire encounter. The witnesses who described Brown as advancing on Wilson were African-American. Brown was struck six times, with some of the gunshot wounds consistent with his body being "bent forward at the waist. [and from another]  Detectives reported damage to Wilson's police car. The car's driver-side window was shattered, and the driver-side mirror was bent towards the car, possibly indicating evidence of a fierce struggle between Wilson and Brown while the officer was still seated in his patrol car. A journal entry by someone police only identified as "Witness 44" said that Brown charged at Wilson, even after Wilson fired his gun. Wilson sustained bruising in the face, neck, and scalp areas. A DNA analysis report revealed that Brown's DNA was found inside Wilson's car, on the officer's shirt and pants, and the interior left front door handle. Brown's blood was also found on Wilson's gun, according to the police investigation. That evidence appeared to support Wilson's claim that Brown punched the officer while Wilson was seated in his car and reached in and struggled over Wilson's gun. [and from another]  Ferguson's mayor criticized what he said was delayed National Guard deployment as violent protests broke out following the grand jury's decision not to indict Officer Darren Wilson. Ferguson Mayor James Knowles called the decision to delay the deployment "deeply concerning" after several businesses were burned down or damaged during the protests. Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon, who called the scene in Ferguson "heart-breaking" and "unacceptable," ordered more than 2,200 members of the National Guard to the area. He said 700 guardsmen were in the area, when more than a dozen buildings were set on fire and otherwise vandalized.

There are several reasons why this police shooting has resulted in rioting, where others do not. That Officer Wilson was justified is supported by evidence that Brown was capable of being a bully, having thrown a light-weight clerk into a display rack just moments before, while in the process of a strong-arm robbery. This was clearly caught on video. Then there was the tussle at the car where all evidence, including DNA, supports the claim that Brown was trying to grab Wilson’s gun. Why was this important? Brown was carrying the cigars from his robbery, and strong-arm robbery is a felony. The evidence supports the notion that Brown intended to shoot and kill Wilson, and then bully any witnesses who would report this.

Additional evidence from the autopsy supports Wilson’s account, supported by credible witnesses, that Brown stopped, turned around, and rushed Wilson. The blood trail toward Wilson supports this. In particular the shots entered Brown from the front, entered Brown when his hands were down, not up in the surrender posture, and the fatal shot into the top of his head as he was doing a bums-rush toward Wilson. If this had been a black-on-black incident, it would have been a back-page report. It became a media sensation because Missouri still has not integrated blacks into government and enforcement positions, and because there is smoldering resentment among blacks for what they view as continuing oppression and unfair treatment. In this, of course, they are correct, though feminists have a similar legitimate complaint and do not riot.

The real reasons these riots have emerged is because the media fed the resentment, by constantly publishing the Brown side of the story without giving air time to the evidence. Now that Ferguson is burning, and people are getting killed, the media has suddenly decided to focus on the evidence. The media likes controversy and uproar. Media editors, under the direction of the elite, would like to see martial law forced within the US as early as possible. The elite frankly hope these riots spread until this is forced, so the wealthy and powerful can mandate that their neighborhoods and businesses are protected by the US military. There are conspiracy theories emerging that the whole Ferguson mess was orchestrated to increase rioting – the Grand Jury decision was released only after dark, when rioting would be more difficult to control, and the Governor’s office restrained the National Guard on the first night. Follow the trail of where these decisions were made to find the real culprits.
