Paul, I fixed that chart you were griping about, the one on the face of the Comet Watch page at:
so the 32 degree angle the 12th assumes when it roars through the Solar System is in RED, same as the path on the graphic showing the path as viewed from Earth at:
The normal angle it has when first approaching from Orion, 11 degrees below the plane of the ecliptic, is shown in blue, to differentiate. Please go look at those graphics and come back with fresh gripes, (which actually were quite helpful).
