Announcement Fail

The long history of the announcement struggle, officially admitting the presence of Nibiru, can be found in the newsletter archives. Since June, 2012 when the Zetas first announced that Obama was planning to admit the presence of Planet X, aka Nibiru in the inner solar system, the Council of Worlds and the announcement team have struggled to get the message out, countering the cover-up.

ZetaTalk Prediction 6/16/2012: What would be the outcome of admitting that there is a planet in the inner solar system?  They could make a general announcement. They could have Obama make this.  He could explain that the issue had been under security directives to avoid panic but that it is coming closer and becoming more obvious and they feel that the public needs to know. They could present diagrams showing where Planet X is positioned, and explain what it’s doing to the Earth, causing the wobbling and weather changes. They would say they’re not sure what the outcome will be but that the public will be kept informed, then walk off the podium and let some scientist take over to explain all the details.

The history included cutting wires during an EAS broadcast, and challenging a planned Oval Office address. Focus groups indicated the public might doubt and a Zombie EBS broadcast is an example. Bait and switch maneuvers to catch the cover-up crowd blocking Obama occurred. Assassination attempts followed including a S African assassin. Obama sought international partners to ensure delivery. A meeting between Obama and Xi resulted in a Santa Monica shootout and the sudden resignation of CIA's Michael Morrell. To ready in case of panic, the Obama administration tested reactions to Wall Street services such as NASDAQ going down, or a delay in the EBS food stamp program. Meanwhile, to prepare for potential rioting, the US has been arming its agencies.



Obama's announcement partners - Russia and China -  have been positioning to move their populace to safe areas while the US has prepared to vacate DC for Denver and establish rural survival camps. The announcement was to occur 500 days from the key meeting between Obama and Xi where, per the Zetas, the date of the announcement was set. But when October 20, 2014 came and went, a line had been crossed. The Council of Worlds stepped in. The elites, who were blocking the announcement, had their plans to escape to Mars dashed, and their ill gotten fortunes eroded. Meanwhile, the Pope hinted broadly.


The date was reset for September, 2015 when Jade Helm was anticipated to still be in place. When Obama once again failed to deliver, the Council of Worlds prepared for an internet delivery. Due to this and other failures, Chief of Staff General Dunford was rumored to have taken charge of the US government in a silent coup.



Meanwhile, Nibiru was increasingly visible in the skies, and the Earth wobble increasingly obvious.  Meanwhile, Obama goes to ball games in Cuba and dances the tango in Argentina, while Brussels burns. But no announcement about Nibiru’s approach.  Something is amiss!

Experts said the two-day visit has burnished the U.S. image here and given a boost to the country’s recently elected president, Mauricio Macri, who hopes to implement market-friendly reforms after a dozen years of leftist populism under his predecessors. It is a shift underway in several Latin American countries.

New Sheriff in Town

Is there a new sheriff in town? An essential coup of the US government, by the presiding Chief of Staff, General Dunford? There have been hints. Ed Kline hinted in early February that FBI director Comey had an alternative route to indict Hillary Clinton. What would that alternative, an alternative to the DOJ, be? Ben Fulford has been calling Obama the US “spokesperson” rather than the US President for some months, and began talking about a military Grand Jury. The Zetas confirm, General Dunford is now in charge.

The military, FBI and agency rank and file are determined not to let any Khazarian mafia stooge like Hillary Clinton be elected as president this time. The Pentagon sources are saying the election is likely to be one between Donald Trump and Vice-President Biden. Biden is biding his time and waiting to step in after Hillary Clinton is indicted, pentagon and agency sources say. On that front the, “military is involved with a secret grand jury that may have gone rogue against those trying to stop the investigation of Hillary,” one of the sources says.

Klein said that Comey has a choice at the end of the investigation—he could send the case to Attorney General Loretta Lynch and recommend whether Clinton should be indicted or he can bypass the Justice Department and the White House and go to a federal judge who is overseeing the case. Klein posited that when the FBI concludes its investigation, Comey may ultimately let a federal judge decide whether to indict Clinton.

ZetaTalk Confirmation 3/26/2016: Obama is no longer running the country. Chief of Staff General Dunford is. General Dunford is using the DOD prosecution at present using national security threats as the rationale. For lack of a better term to use with civilians, Hillary is being court martialed, for her time as Secretary of State which is an official position equivalent to a military officer, and as he, General Dunford, is now in charge, all federal positions can be seen as military positions. Thus, her indictment is legal, but the public would be confused. Dunford will order the DOJ to prosecute, while in the meantime all Grand Jury activity is proceeding without delay.

Per the Zetas, there was indeed a silent coup last September, 2015, and an examination of the ZetaTalk claims and statements about the announcement quietly documented this. Up until September, it was in the plans. After September, a great silence.



ZetaTalk Timeline 3/26/2016: In July, at the start of the Jade Helm exercises to run from July 15-September15, 2015, we referred to the announcement as “firmly in the schedule “. It was clear from the Jade Helm plans that the intent was for the US military to be standing at the ready, for the panic in the people and the rush from countries to the south of the US after the announcement, a matter we referred to as “rioting after the announcement”. Then there were hints of a Third Term for Obama in late July, on the Jon Stewart show, and we the Zetas suggested that Obama might “delay or cancel” the 2016 elections.

On September 5, 2015 when Obama went to Alaska, roughing it with Bear Grylls, we referred to this time as “just ahead of the announcement”. Then Jade Helm came and went, with no announcement.  All talk of a pending announcement within ZetaTalk stopped, other than to indicate that corporations knew this was in the future, that mankind would become aware. On January 16, 2016 we stated the ocean shipping slowdown was due in part to “rumors that the presence of Nibiru is about to be announced”. And during Wal-Mart closures on January 23, 2016 we stated that this was because they “anticipate the announcement”.

What happened? Obama lacked courage, per the Zetas, and backed away. For those that will find it astonishing that a Star Child could have these issues, it should be noted that all souls are on a growth continuum, all souls have issues from the past. Just because a soul is Service-to-Other, and coming back to 3rd density from a higher density, does not make them courageous. It was apparently more than just Obama’s failure to accomplish the announcement, it was, per the Zetas, multiple failure in the Middle East. Obama dithered while ISIS gathered strength. The US military was anticipating the announcement during the Jade Helm exercises, but after getting into place, Obama failed. Dashing off to Alaska to film a Bear Grylls episode and lecture about Climate Change, but no announcement.



ZetaTalk Timeline 3/26/2016: So what happened to the announcement? Obama lacked the courage. As a result of this colossal failure, having to disband the Jade Helm structure, the US military reacted. In that the Middle East, under the direction and press from Israel, Turkey, the Jewish bankers of the Federal Reserve, and the Saudis were supporting ISIS and this threatened to create a force that would not only invade Europe but also create an endless terrorism threat to the US, the military did indeed effect a silent coup. Russia needed to enter the fray, and Dunford, but not Obama, agreed. This will never be admitted, publicly, nor do the parties want this.

What now? What does this news about General Dunford being in charge in the US mean for the announcement? Time will tell. Remember that this is in the hands of man, who has free will. The important thing is that something happen, by whatever means. Remember, there is more here than human actions. There are a billion visitors, in various life forms, working during the Earth's Transformation. Over half the human population are already contactees, hearing the truth from their contacts. Nibiru visibility is increasing daily. The Earth wobble is increasing and undeniable. The Council of Worlds can inform the people of Earth in a number of ways we are not even aware of. Stay tuned, this drama has hardly reacted its last chapter!

Far East Promise

Where Obama failed to inform his people of the pending passage of Nibiru, Putin and China’s Xi are taking steps to provide for their populace during the coming times. Russia is moving to their Far East and China constructed Ghost Cities to accommodate their coastal populace inland, when the time comes. Russia is relocating their State Offices to the Far East, established a new naval base on the East Siberian Islands, and is providing free land to those willing to relocate to the Far East. Not everyone getting this offer is enthused, however.

The Russian Ministry for Far East Development has supported a plan to offer citizenship and benefits to Ukrainian citizens who want to move to Russia and are willing to settle in remote but rapidly developing areas in eastern regions and Siberia. It added that the current plan of development of the Far East envisages the creation of up to 50,000 workplaces in the regions mentioned. The total number of people who had moved to Russia from southeast Ukraine since the beginning of the armed conflict in the region had exceeded one million. The official added that about 600,000 of these people decided never to return home. Russia earlier offered a resettlement program to all foreign citizens with Russian family roots, and according to Romodanovsky about 114,000 of the Ukrainian refugees have taken part in the plan. The benefits offered include material aid and a short track to getting Russian citizenship.

In 2014 Ukraine surpassed the previous years’ leader, Syria, by number of people who wanted to flee their homeland. About one-fifth of a total 1.47 million asylum requests was made by Ukrainians and 94 percent of these requests were made in Russia.

Moscow told Ukrainian refugees that they had to leave their temporary residences by December 31, 2015, even though there were no arrangements for the more than 600,000 people still in them who have asked to remain in Russia. And on the other, the Russian Ministry for Far Eastern Development views the Ukrainians as among the most likely to take some of the “more than 50,000 jobs” it says it will create in the Far Eastern Federal District, jobs that it has so far not created or found many other than Central Asians willing to come and take. The ministry says that it would like to see Ukrainian refugees settle in the Buryat Republic, the Transbaikal, Kamchatka, Primorsky and Khabarovsky krays, and the Amur, Irkutsk, Magadan, and Sakhalin oblasts, and the Jewish Autonomous Oblast (Birobidzhan), although few Ukrainian refugees in the Russian Federation have gone to these regions.

The Zetas recently added encouragement for these efforts.  



ZetaTalk Overview 3/19/2016: As we have repeatedly stated, Russia’s Far East is critically important for the Russian people. It is high land where most of Russia will be under water within two years after the Pole Shift. It will be close to the new Equator, which will run through the Bering Straits, so will be an excellent location for crops as well as ocean fishing. The Russians are already in the process of moving their population there, as well as state offices and industry. Russian refugees from eastern Ukraine were relocated there, given free land.  

Because the region has such a low population, very little has been said about the relative safety of Russia’s Far East other than to address ocean sloshing dangers for Vladivostok on the peninsula, the Amur River basin flooding from heaving land during plate subduction, and the advantages of the inland mountain ranges.  Will there be nuclear pollution from Japan’s reactors wafting in the winds during the Aftertime? Japan’s reactors will be flooded, as was Fukushima, and the prevailing winds of the Aftertime will in any case carry nuclear pollution out into the Pacific, not inland.



The coastal areas of the Far East will of course experience 500-600 foot tides during the hour of the shift, and due to the aggressive shortening of the North Pacific these tides should be assumed to be even higher, potentially as high as 1,000 feet where tidal bore is even remotely possible. The Amur River will certainly have a horrific backwash which will take some time to drain, and Khabarovsk residents should allow for water at this height too. Khabarovsk residents are fortunate to have high lands on all sides of their city. These highlands, as with the rest of the high lands in Russia’s Far East, will be ideal in the Aftertime.
